By downloading, installing, or using the Oak Med Spa application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Oak Med Spa provides a health and wellness platform that allows you to:

• Track health metrics including mood, symptoms, and vitals
• Book and manage appointments with healthcare providers
• Access test results and biomarker data
• Receive personalised health insights and recommendations
• Communicate with your healthcare team via telehealth

3. Medical Disclaimer

The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. The health insights, recommendations, and biological age predictions provided by the App are for informational purposes only.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Health Data

You consent to the collection and processing of health data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of health information you enter into the App. Data synced from Apple Health or Google Health Connect requires your explicit permission.

6. Telehealth Services

Telehealth consultations conducted through the App are subject to the professional standards and regulations applicable to your healthcare provider. Technical issues may occasionally affect service delivery, and we are not liable for interruptions caused by network or device issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Oak Med Spa and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oak Med Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
