How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
How do I sync Apple Health data?
Go to Profile > Settings and enable Apple Health integration. You'll be prompted to grant permission for heart rate, temperature, and other vitals.
How do I book a telehealth appointment?
Navigate to the Appointments tab, select your preferred practitioner, choose a date and time, and select “Telehealth” as the appointment type.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. This action cannot be undone.
Where can I find my test results?
Your test results appear on the Home screen once uploaded by your healthcare provider. You can also view the full history under the Results tab.
